Revisions: One change per video. All music, logos and any verbiage must be sent via email only. You have 72 hours to send revisions or your video will be marked as complete . There is a $25 fee for any changes once final video is sent.
Production: There will be an extra $35 fee if you are not prepared for set production time. (exclude set up time) There is a $25 fee for every 10 minutes over scheduled production time.
Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable but transferrable within 14 days from your initial booking date. Canceling day of shoot without proper notice will result in a client termination. You will be charged $50 plus your package to rebook if you cancel in less than 24 hrs. You will still have to pay balance if you fail to show up for rescheduled shoot and no rebooking.
Restrictions: No other production companies are allowed on set without permission.
Turnaround time: Production for videos are 5-7 business days. You will receive your behind the scene pictures in less than 72 hours.
Refunds: All 50% deposits are non-refundable however transferrable within 14 days. Balance is due in cash day of shoot. You will lose your deposit if not used within 14 days of your initial booking date and you will have to pay the full amount of your package to rebook.
